Use of the Services

  • You will use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • You are responsible for activities that occur under your account and for safeguarding credentials.
  • You will not attempt to disrupt the Services, access systems without authorization, or misuse the platform.

Customer data

You retain all rights to data you provide to the Services (“Customer Data”). You grant ClearLedger the right to process Customer Data to provide and improve the Services, including generating clearing outputs you request.

Confidentiality

You and ClearLedger may exchange confidential information. Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information using reasonable safeguards and to use it only for purposes of providing or using the Services.

Third-party services

The Services may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to Google Ads and Meta Ads. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies. ClearLedger is not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services.

By connecting your advertising accounts, you authorize ClearLedger to access and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. ClearLedger disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearLedger will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
